Can I work with you even if you didn't design my brand or packaging?
Yes! I work with companies at every stage of product development, including established companies.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy with your work?
Since I charge a flat package price for my projects, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. I haven't had an unhappy client yet, but if you decide to continue with another designer I'll happily send you the work I completed to that point so the next designer can reference it.
What's your average turnaround time?
5-7 business days from the receipt of signed contract and 50% deposit. Revisions will be returned within 3-5 business days. My clients work in the rapidly evolving product sector, so I keep that in mind with my scheduling so you're not waiting weeks for your designs.
Can I get editable templates made?
Yes! I create Canva accounts for my clients who need access to editing documents on the fly. This is especially popular for sales and promotional materials.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, if you'd like to protect your product or intellectual property I'm happy to sign a confidentiality agreement. Your secret is safe with me.
Do you offer discounts for bulk jobs or larger projects?
Yes, for larger bulk orders I'm happy to negotiate a discount.
Can I have the design files?
Yes, all work I create for my clients is yours. My designs are created using Adobe Creative Cloud, so with an active subscription you'll be able to edit the designs yourself.
Do you offer revisions?
Every design comes with unlimited revisions until final approval. After approval, any edits will be billed at $100/hour.
